Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (5 years industry experience)
License or registration: MCP, MCSD or MCAD preferred

Technical Requirements

7+ years of software development experience
4+ years of experience with the .NET framework
Recent .NET experience in 2.0 required with 3.0, or 3.5 highly desirable
3-4 years of C# or VB.NET (flexibility to work with both languages is required)
3-4 years of ASP.NET
5 years of XML
5 years working with SQL Server
Winforms experience preferred
Ability to understand and adapt to various business methodologies with experience in at least 2 different methodology environments
Ability to effectively and comfortably present technical and non-

technical information at a layman level
Fluent experience writing scales and documentation for others to track
Basic understanding of other roles within a project including Business Analysis and Project Management
Ability to implement and execute quality unit testing
Physical requirements:

Ability to sit at a computer workstation continuously for up to 4+ hours
Ability to communicate with individuals as needed through any and all of the following mediums: fax, email, telephone, USPS
Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 5-6 pounds regularly
Other requirements:

Ability to travel to various workplaces within the Twin Cities/ Metro Area as scheduled
