Open Source Read, But Not Write

My colleagues Jae Yun Moon (HKUST) and Chen Zhang (University of Memphis) and I have been involved with a research project on OSS team formation. Last December, we conducted a survey of OSS project administrators and an executive summary of our results is now ready for distribution.
